Title: ACT (Accelerated Clinical trials) Product Leader

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the strategy, execution, and evolution of enterprise-scale SaaS platforms supporting pharma-led clinical trials, with a strong focus on US FDA–regulated, global Phase III studies. This role will own product vision end-to-end from customer use cases and value propositions through platform capabilities and delivery while partnering closely with engineering, sales, and clients.

The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in clinical trials, strong customer-facing credibility, and a modern AI-first mindset, with hands-on experience applying generative and agentic AI in enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise SaaS platforms and applications supporting clinical trial operations


• Translate customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives into clear product requirements and platform capabilities


• Define and articulate compelling value propositions aligned to customer outcomes and market needs

Domain & Regulatory Expertise

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on US pharma-led clinical trials, with deep understanding of FDA regulatory processes and global Phase III trial requirements


• Ensure product capabilities align with regulatory, compliance, and data integrity expectations across geographies

Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales

• Act as a senior customer-facing leader, engaging directly with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and build long-term trust


• Travel within the United States as needed to meet clients, support strategic accounts, and represent the product organization


• Lead and contribute to ACT proposal development, supporting sales and solutioning efforts with clear product narratives and commitments

AI-Driven Product Innovation

• Drive the application of generative and agentic AI within enterprise products to improve efficiency, intelligence, and user experience


• Champion an AI-first product mindset, identifying opportunities to embed automation, intelligence, and decision support across the platform

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery


• Provide clear direction and prioritization to engineering teams, balancing speed, quality, and regulatory rigor

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product leadership and product management for enterprise-level SaaS platforms and applications


• Deep domain expertise in US pharma-led clinical trials, including hands-on experience with FDA regulatory processes, particularly for global Phase III trials


• Proven success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills


• Demonstrated ability to author ACT proposals and support enterprise sales cycles


• Practical experience applying generative and agentic AI in enterprise software products


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced business education


• Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies and CROs


• Background in scaling platforms used in regulated, high-compliance environments

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the United States as required for client engagements and key meetings
