Role Overview:

Senior Active Directory & Exchange L3 Administrator responsible for enterprise Identity & Access Management, AD DS architecture, and Microsoft Exchange/O365 operations in large -scale environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

AD DS administration in multi -domain/forest environments
AD architecture design, trusts, FSMO roles & replication management
Advanced troubleshooting (DNS, Kerberos, authentication, replication issues)
GPO design, optimization & security hardening
Azure AD / Entra ID integration, SSO, MFA, ADFS support
AD security enforcement (RBAC, PAM, Zero Trust, CIS compliance)
ADCS, certificates, CRL/CSR management
PowerShell automation for IAM operations
Exchange/O365 administration, mailbox & migration support
Incident management, RCA, SLA adherence & DR planning
