Active Directory Lead

We are urgently hiring Active Directory lead who can join immediately.

Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune

Exp : 8 + years

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012, 2016).

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Familiarity with UNIX and Windows OS management.

Understanding of PKI, DNS, DHCP, and security patching.

Experience with Quest Migration Manager and other AD migration tools.

Deep expertise in Exchange Server (2016/2019) and Exchange Online.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Knowledge of SMTP, IMAP, POP3 protocols.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and DirSync.

Experience with email security tools (anti-spam, anti-malware).

Responsibilities:

•  Health check of Exchange & AD servers, e.g. disk space, mail queue, backup status, alerts.
  ·      
•    Perform patch management on all MS Exchange servers.
  ·       
•   Preparing multiple reports and document as per management requirements.
  ·       
•   Work on Incidents, Service Request & changes in ServiceNow portal within SLA.
  ·       
•   Remediate the vulnerabilities of Exchange and AD Servers.
  ·       .
•   Prepare different types of AD and Exchange related reports.
  ·      
•    Administration of AD DNS servers and internal DNS record management.
  ·       
•   Troubleshoot in message tracking, message delivery NDRs and quarantine related issues.
  ·   
•       Create or modify transport rules and work on custom forwarding requirements.
  ·    
•      Work with vendors on various issues and fixing break downs.
  ·        
•  Management of shared folder management and reporting (Varonics tool).
  ·     
•     Willing to work in 24x7 support shift and support juniors in shift operations.
  ·       
•   Ability to work independently on finding RCA & be a good team player
