Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage Adaptive Insights integrations (inbound and outbound)
  
• Support data integrations using Adaptive Integration Framework, APIs, flat files, and ETL tools
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data load, and performance issues
  
• Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to understand planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of overall experience in FP&A systems or EPM implementations
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning)
  
• Strong experience in Adaptive integrations, including:
  
• Adaptive Integration Framework (AIF)
  
• APIs / Data loads
  
• Data modeling and metadata management
  

• Workday Adaptive Insights Expertise
  (Hands-on implementation, modeling, reporting, dashboards, data integration)
• Financial Systems Transformation
  (Experience leading finance system modernization and business process redesign)
• Enterprise SaaS Integrations
  (Adaptive integration with systems like NetSuite, Coupa, and other SaaS platforms)
• Architecture & Data Design
  (Solution architecture, financial data models, multi-entity/global design)
• Application & Platform Optimization
  (Handling complex transformations, performance tuning, scalability improvements)

NOTE- The billing of the candidate will only start once he gets onboarded on client project.
