Job Description - Admin & Accounts Jr Executive

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra


Key Responsibilities

Administration & Front Office

  • Handle
    front desk and greet visitors, clients, and students

  • Manage
    calls, inquiries, and basic coordination

  • Maintain
    office documentation, filing, and records

  • Coordinate
    with team for daily operations and requirements

  • Manage
    courier, vendors, and office -related tasks

  • Ensure
    office is organized and running smoothly

  • Arrange,
    track, and calculate office consumables (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
    and keep them organized


Accounts & Billing

  • Create
    GST invoices, quotations, and receipts

  • Maintain
    daily entries (sales, expenses) in Excel / Zoho Books

  • Track
    payments and follow up on pending dues

  • Maintain
    bills, vouchers, and accounting records

  • Support
    CA for GST and compliance work

  • Assist
    in basic reports and reconciliation



Requirements

Required Skills

  • Basic
    knowledge of accounting & GST
  • Good
    communication and presentable personality
  • Basic
    Excel skills
  • Organized
    and responsible
  • Quick
    learner with a proactive attitude

Who Can Apply

  • B.Com
    / M.Com / BBA or any graduate

  • Freshers
    with basic accounting knowledge can apply
  • Candidates
    with 6–12 months experience preferred
