Admin Cum Recruiter

We are looking to hire a young, dynamic, and energetic professional for the position of Admin cum Recruiter at our firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for internal hiring requirements while also supporting day-to-day office administration operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment for various internal positions across departments
  


• Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates
  


• Manage the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  


• Achieve a recruitment target of minimum 1 successful joining per week
  


• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  


• Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements and updates
  


• Support office administration and daily operational activities
  


• Supervise and coordinate office support staff, including office boys and vendors
  


• Ensure smooth functioning of internal office activities and administrative tasks
  


• Assist in maintaining office discipline, documentation, and communication
