Job Description - Admin Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a
proactive Admin/Facilities Executive to manage day -to -day office operations and
administrative activities. The role includes vendor coordination, employee
support, workplace management, and assisting in engagement initiatives. The ideal
candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational
skills to ensure smooth office functioning.

     Key Responsibilities

·       Office
Operations Management:
Day -to -day
office functioning, workspace upkeep, consumables tracking, and inventory
planning

·       Administrative
Support:
Acting as
the first point of contact for employee queries, handling documentation, and
supporting inter -departmental coordination.

·       Communication
& Coordination:
Managing
internal communications and coordinating with employees, management, and
external vendors

·       Event & Engagement Support: Assisting in organizing internal
events, celebrations, and HR engagement initiatives

·       Vendor
& Facility Support:
Assisting in vendor coordination, service tracking, and resolving
operational issues.



Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

·     Communication Skills – Ability to interact effectively with employees,
vendors, management, and service providers.

·       Leadership & Team
Coordination
– Supervising housekeeping, security,
maintenance, and support staff.

·     Problem -Solving Ability – Quick handling of facility -related issues such as
maintenance, utilities, or workplace emergencies.

·       Adaptability &
Flexibility
– Handling changing priorities and
unexpected operational situations.

·       Decision -Making Ability – Taking prompt and practical decisions during
operational or emergency situations.

·        Organizational Skills
Maintaining records, vendor contracts, inventory, and facility operations
systematically.

·       Reporting, Presentation
& Business Communication Skills -
Proficient
in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email writing

          Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s
degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.

1–2 years of
professional experience in hotels or corporate environments as a Facilities
Executive or Front Desk Executive.
