Job Description - Admin Executive


Job Opening | Admin Executive




Location: Sosyo Circle, Surat



Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)



Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month



Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to support daily administrative and coordination activities. The role primarily involves handling calls, coordinating with customers and bank representatives, managing visit schedules, and ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with customers, bank representatives, and internal stakeholders via phone calls

  • Schedule and manage customer visits on behalf of banking partners

  • Handle follow-ups and appointment coordination

  • Maintain communication with regional managers, customers, and other concerned parties

  • Manage administrative records and update necessary information

  • Ensure smooth execution of daily coordination activities

  • Support general office administration and operational tasks






Requirements



  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

  • Ability to handle multiple calls and schedules efficiently

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Professional and customer-friendly approach

Candidate Profile:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (any stream)

  • 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Administration, Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role

  • Comfortable handling phone-based communication and follow-ups

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a structured environment
