Job Description - Admin Manager

Job Title - Admin Manager

Location - Chhatarpur, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
    Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise and manage the administrative team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Policy Implementation:
    Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage administrative budgets, control expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate and secure records, including employee files, contracts, and other confidential information.
  • Vendor Management:
    Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners to negotiate contracts and manage service delivery.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Support Services:
    Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
  • Event Coordination:
    Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare reports on office activities, budgets, and performance metrics for senior management.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in administrative management or office management.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.

  • Knowledge of budgeting and basic accounting is a plus.
