Job Description - Administration Manager

A leading textile manufacturing company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee and streamline all administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily administrative operations including facility management, housekeeping, and security.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

  • Monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor management, and inventory control.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transport for employees and visitors.

  • Liaise with internal departments, factory management, and external stakeholders for seamless workflow.

  • Manage administrative budgets, track expenditures, and optimize operational costs.

  • Oversee record keeping, filing systems, and document control processes.

  • Lead and mentor the administrative team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Support HR and finance departments in administrative compliance and audit requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and employee-friendly office and industrial environment.



Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a textile or manufacturing setup.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.

  • Knowledge of statutory and labor compliance in a factory setting.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
