Administration Officer

Job Summary

The Administration Officer is a core member of the Administration team. He supports in providing a workplace environment that is healthy, productive, safe and clean to staff and visitors. The jobholder also ensures the provision of high quality administrative services in the office, such as travel services to staff and visitors, including flight and hotel bookings and meet-and-greet arrangements, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth facility operations.


• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and workplace facilities.


• Maintain office assets, inventory, and administrative documentation.


• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees when required.


• Handle visa coordination and documentation with external agencies.


• Handle accommodation arrangements and provide accommodation support for employees and visitors when necessary.


• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.


• Provide support during internal and external audits, inspections, and visits by regulatory authorities.


• Assist the HR team with onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and coordination.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required to Execute this Role

• Bachelor’s Degree/  in a related field


• 4-8 years of experience in administration or office management.


• Office Administration & Facility Management 


• Travel, Visa & Accommodation Coordination 


• Asset, Inventory & Documentation Management 


• QHSE, Compliance & Employee Support
