ROLE OVERVIEW:
Administrative Assistants provide reliable back-office support across the business. They handle
day-to-day administrative tasks, stay well organised, and see their work through to completion.
We are looking for people who take ownership of what they are given and follow up properly
rather than letting things sit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Carry out general administrative tasks accurately and on time.
⢠Keep records, files and trackers organised and up to date.
⢠Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.
⢠Follow up consistently to make sure things get done.
⢠Support the wider team with ad-hoc coordination and data entry as needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
⢠Prior administrative or office-support experience.
⢠Comfortable with everyday office tools (email, spreadsheets, documents).
⢠Good written and spoken English.
