Required Skills and Experience

You have a completed bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
You have at least two to three years of professional experience in administration, sales support, office management or a similar role
You have very good English skills, both written and spoken
You are proficient in standard Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You work in a structured, precise manner and have a strong service and customer-oriented mindset
You enjoy working in a team and are able to reliably coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
You are willing to relocate to our headquarter in Pune and to join as soon as possible

Primary Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day administrative and organizational operations of our Indian subsidiary
Coordinate communication with customers, partners, universities, internal teams with precision and quick responsiveness
Manage customer data and sales activities in our CRM system while ensuring high data quality
Assist with the entire sales administration process, including quotations, invoicing, licensing, and payment follow-up
Organize meetings, business travel, training sessions, trade shows and other company events
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and help ensure efficient business operations
