Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. With a focus on client engagement, accurate information dissemination, and timely follow -ups, this role is essential in supporting institutional growth and student success. The position operates from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and requires familiarity with State Board education systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to students and parents on admission procedures and eligibility criteria.
Conduct initial consultations and assist applicants with documentation and form completion.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow up on pending submissions.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure timely processing of admissions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to admission timelines, requirements, and policies.
Promote institutional programs through effective communication and outreach.

Max budget 25k pm, timings -8am to 2pm, State Board

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in admissions counselling, preferably in a State Board educational institution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in handling student data and maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced environment with attention to detail.
Familiarity with State Board curricula, admission norms, and documentation standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours within the 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM schedule.
