Job Description - Admissions Counselling Executive

Do you enjoy solving doubts and helping students make confident admissions decisions? Admissions Counselling Executives give students full clarity on the admission process, from options and eligibility to timelines and requirements, and see them through to a confirmed seat. The role balances counselling and sales.

What you'll do

Make outbound and inbound calls to guide students through courses and colleges
Understand academic goals, interests, and challenges to give accurate suggestions
Explain admission processes, timelines, eligibility, and document requirements clearly
Build confidence and trust through structured, transparent communication
Drive consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions using ethical persuasion
Maintain CRM logs, call summaries, and follow-up schedules accurately
Collaborate with operations and counselling teams for seamless onboarding

What we're looking for

Excellent communication in Hindi and English
Ability to simplify complex academic and process information
Persuasive, empathetic, and confident on calls
Goal-oriented, disciplined, and resilient
Strong calling and follow-up discipline is mandatory
Graduate or postgraduate in any stream
Freshers are welcome if communication is strong

Growth: Senior Counselling, Admissions Management, or Team Leadership.

Interview process
