Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Bengaluru.

As an Admissions Counselor at Inzpira, you will be at the forefront of our engagement with prospective students, guiding them through the process of discovering and enrolling in our educational programs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that students understand the benefits and commitments associated with our programs and that they find the right fit for their educational and career goals. You will also play a crucial role in lead generation and conversion, helping to expand Inzpira's reach and impact. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth transition for new learners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling and Support:
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational needs, career goals, and program suitability.
  • Provide detailed information and insights about Inzpira’s courses, including curriculum details, certification benefits, and career opportunities after completion.
  • Assist prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
  • Lead Generation and Management:
  • Develop strategies to generate new leads through online and offline channels, including educational fairs, school visits, webinars, and social media platforms.
  • Manage and nurture leads from initial inquiry through to enrollment, using CRM tools to track interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that attract and engage potential students.
  • Sales and Enrollment Goals:
  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets by effectively selling Inzpira’s programs and demonstrating their value to prospective students.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to tailor conversations based on the needs and interests of each prospective student.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Inzpira’s programs and competitive advantages to effectively counter objections and facilitate decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to align admissions strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to the Admissions Manager.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and admissions best practices.
  • Event Participation and Networking:
  • Represent Inzpira at various educational events, conferences, and seminars to promote our programs and engage with potential students.
  • Network with educators, school counselors, and industry professionals to build relationships and create referral opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in admissions, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of the education industry
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Passionate about education and empowering students through learning.

Please note: This is a full-time onsite role.

Salary: 3.0 - 6.0 LPA
