We are looking for a
results -driven Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Specialist to join our
growing data and analytics team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will own the
full analytics lifecycle — from platform architecture and data modelling through
to insight delivery — enabling marketing and business teams to make confident,
data -led decisions.
You will partner closely with
marketing, product, and technology stakeholders to translate complex
cross -channel customer behaviours into clear, actionable intelligence. If you

Data Modelling
& Platform Architecture
• Design and maintain robust schemas, datasets, and data
views within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to support scalable, high -quality
analytics.
• Build, configure, and manage CJA connections and data
pipelines, ensuring seamless ingestion from multiple data sources.
• Define calculated metrics, derived dimensions, and
custom attribution models aligned to business goals.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and journey
mapping techniques
• Lead data architecture reviews and recommend
improvements to platform configuration for performance and reliability.
Analytics,
Reporting & Insight Generation
• Design and publish self -service dashboards and reports
in CJA Analysis Workspace, tailored to specific business KPIs and stakeholder
audiences.
• Conduct deep -dive analysis of cross -channel customer
journeys to identify friction points, drop -offs, and conversion opportunities.
• Analyse customer behaviour across multiple channels
(web, mobile, CRM, offline touchpoints)
• Translate analytical findings into prioritised,
actionable recommendations with clear business impact.
• Establish regular reporting cadences and
executive -level insight briefs.
Data
Governance & Quality Assurance
• Define and enforce data quality standards, validation
rules, and documentation practices across all analytics assets.
• Implement monitoring frameworks to proactively detect
data anomalies and schema drift.
• Maintain a data dictionary and ensure consistent
taxonomy across teams and platforms.
Stakeholder
Collaboration & Enablement
• Engage directly with marketing, product, and operations
teams to gather analytics requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations in a
concise, decision -ready format to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and upskill business users on CJA self -service
capabilities to drive adoption and data literacy.

or Adobe Target.
• Adobe certifications in Experience Platform or
Analytics.
• Work with a modern Adobe Experience Cloud stack at
enterprise scale.
• Influence data strategy and analytics maturity across
the organization.
