Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sophisticated omnichannel customer engagement strategies. In this pivotal role, you will architect and orchestrate complex customer journeys, leveraging event-based triggers and dynamic conditions to drive personalized interactions. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing campaign performance, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless testing and deployment processes across our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design and build robust customer journeys within the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to facilitate seamless cross-channel engagement.
Configure and manage event-based triggers and conditional logic to personalize user experiences in real-time.
Execute comprehensive testing protocols and oversee the deployment of campaigns to ensure stability and accuracy.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign performance and journey execution.
Continuously optimize campaign strategies to improve engagement metrics and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with broader business objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT services, with a strong focus on digital marketing technologies.
Proven hands-on expertise in developing and customizing Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions.
Deep understanding of omnichannel customer engagement principles and campaign optimization methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital campaigns.
Proficiency in orchestrating customer journeys using advanced event triggers and conditional logic.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex technical scenarios.
