HIRING: Adobe Journey Optimizer – Associate Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6-8 Years

Education: 15 Years of Full-Time Education

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer professional with 7.5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer, strong application design and configuration skills, and the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions

• Take ownership of team-level technical decisions

• Engage with multiple teams on key technical decisions

• Provide solutions to complex problems

• Drive process improvements for productivity and quality

• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing

• Coordinate cross-functional communication and project delivery

• Support adoption of new technologies and tools

Required Skills

• Adobe Journey Optimizer – Mandatory

• 6+ years of relevant experience

• Adobe Campaign Classic – Good to Have

• Application design and software configuration

• Software customization for complex business requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Strong communication and team management skills
