Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Adobe Journey Optimizer initiatives within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal Team Lead/Consultant role, the successful candidate will drive strategic customer engagement solutions, overseeing the design and configuration of applications while ensuring alignment with complex business requirements. This position is critical for bridging technical capabilities with business goals, fostering team growth through mentorship, and enhancing operational efficiency via continuous process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the architectural design, configuration, and deployment of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Provide expert guidance and technical direction to the team, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
Collaborate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders across departments to translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to ensure solutions deliver maximum value and operational impact.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, system performance, and delivery standards.
Leverage expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic to enhance omnichannel customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience within the IT Services domain.
Proven expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including application design and configuration.
Strong background in Adobe Campaign Classic implementation and management.
Demonstrated ability in leading teams, providing mentorship, and managing project lifecycles.
Exceptional skills in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Track record of facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving process improvements.
Compensation range is set between ₹18 and ₹22 Lakhs per annum.
