Job Description - Ads Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4-6 LPA)

Location: Chennai

JobType: full-time

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. Based in a full-time, on-site role in Chennai, you will focus on driving high-quality leads and customer acquisition through data-driven advertising strategies. This role blends analytical thinking with creative execution, requiring close collaboration with sales and customer-facing teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact and a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI
  • Manage paid media budgets and ensure optimal spend across channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Continuously optimize ads, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve results
  • Perform market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales and customer engagement teams to align marketing efforts with lead quality and conversion goals
  • Support customer interactions where needed to strengthen acquisition and retention outcomes
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and emerging paid marketing trends

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of keyword advertising, audience segmentation, and targeted advertising strategies
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into campaign improvements
  • Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for online advertising, performance marketing, and continuous optimization
