As an Adv Supply Chain Process Professional, you will ensure compliance, governance, and integrity across SAP Logistics and Supply Chain processes within Global Manufacturing & Supply. You will support access governance, audit reviews, and change management activities while safeguarding system reliability and audit readiness. Through strong process oversight, you will help ensure the seamless delivery of trusted products to people living with serious chronic diseases.

About the department
The Global Supply Chain Design (GSCD), the ERP & Digital Innovation team drives standardized, compliant, and future-ready ERP Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes across GMS. 

Within this organization, our team focuses on quality, compliance, and governance activities that support the reliability, integrity, and continuous improvement of ERP solutions and business processes. Working closely with business, quality, and IT stakeholders glob-ally, we help ensure that systems, processes, and controls remain compliant, well-governed, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

The position

You will contribute to maintain compliant and well-governed SAP Logistics processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Perform periodic reviews of SAP user access, critical roles and compliance controls; follow up on findings, coordinate access corrections and maintain the evidence required for audits and inspections.


• Execute audit trail reviews for SAP Logistics modules, analyse system activities, investigate deviations, document outcomes and ensure timely corrective actions.


• Support SAP role remediation by validating access requirements, reviewing role assignments, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders and tracking progress to completion.


• Own the content of SAP Logistics corporate SOPs, work instructions and process documentation, coordinating stakeholder reviews and approvals so documentation stays accurate and compliant.


• Coordinate the Change Management & Release Management (CMRM) framework, including workflow implementation, governance adherence, process adoption and continuous refinement.


• Provide SAP Logistics and Supply Chain process expertise, supporting the Product Owner with solution assessments, business requirements, process impacts and prioritisation.


• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, facilitating root cause analysis and driving standardisation that strengthens compliance and performance.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, we expect you to bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.


• 4–6 years of experience in cross-functional supply chain process optimisation, including applying Lean principles.


• Knowledge of SAP Logistics and Supply Chain processes, with the ability to under-stand end-to-end business processes and system interactions.


• Experience in IT governance and compliance.


• A proven ability to work in global, cross-functional environments, with strong stakeholder management, facilitation and coaching skills.


• A self-driven, proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, drive alignment and deliver results through effective stakeholder engagement.


• Change management capabilities and a track record of driving continuous improvement.


• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messages, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
