As an Advisory - Deals - BRS - Insolvency - Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and support in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Deals practice, assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing the value of their investments. You will conduct valuations, perform financial analysis, and develop strategies for post-merger integration. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities
- Conducting financial analysis and valuations to assist in post-merger integration strategies
- Collaborating with team members to navigate complex transactions and maximize client value
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
- Gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources to identify patterns and insights
- Applying professional and technical standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment with diverse client and team challenges
- Taking ownership of personal development and consistently delivering quality work
- Building a personal brand through meaningful client and team interactions
- Actively listening and communicating ideas clearly to enhance team collaboration

- Supporting corporate insolvency case administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures
- Assisting in preparation and review of case documentation, reports, and financial information with strong attention to accuracy
- Identifying risks and proactively escalating issues while supporting the wider insolvency team on case deliverables


What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Relevant experience or exposure to corporate insolvency or restructuring engagements
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail in financial analysis
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and data handling skills
