About the Role:

As a Software Engineer – AEM, you will collaborate with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) implementation team to develop, configure, and maintain scalable and high-performing features within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires strong experience in AEM Assets, low-code configurations, and interface development using App Builder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows based on business requirements.

• Implement both front-end and back-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.

• Work with AEM Assets (DAM) and manage digital assets, metadata schemas, and content workflows.

• Customize Asset Share and differentiate between AEM Asset Share vs Brand Portal implementations.

• Leverage AEM Low Code configurations and develop new interfaces using App Builder.

• Conduct unit testing and integration testing for all developed features.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and issues promptly.

• Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices throughout the development cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AEM Assets (DAM) and AEM backend development.

• Strong understanding of AEMCS, Asset Share, Node.js, and App Builder.

• Experience with Dynamic Media and Content Automation.

• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies.

• Solid knowledge of AEM architecture, workflows, and best practices.

• Experience in developing and customizing metadata schemas and content workflows.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Certifications:

• Mandatory: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AEM Brand Portal

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in AEM environments
