Required Skills

• Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM
  Cloud)
  
• Hands -on with:
  
• AEM Components, Templates, OSGi, Sling Models
  
• AEM APIs and content services
  
• Good experience in Java & Spring Boot
  
• Experience in REST API design and integration
  
• Familiarity with Headless CMS architecture
  
• Knowledge of JCR, CRXDE, workflows, MSM
  
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML integration (e.g., Azure OpenAI, content
  automation use cases)
  
• Experience with Next.js / React -based frontend integration
  
• Understanding of Design Systems (e.g., KDS / component -driven
  architecture)
  
• Experience in eCommerce / Digital Experience Platforms
  
• Knowledge of Adobe tools (Target, Analytics, etc.)
  

 Experience

• 4–8+ years of experience in AEM and Java -based backend
  development
