The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who will own and elevate how GridRay shows up across every content surface — search, social, and the AI engines redefining how people find information. We're building content that doesn't just rank — it gets cited, recommended, and trusted by both people and AI engines. This is not a content execution role. This is a thinking role with execution responsibility.
What You Will Do
- Drive content strategy and creation across GridRay's digital presence.
- Build and own GridRay's voice on LinkedIn and social platforms
- Optimize content for AEO, GEO, and LLM -based discovery — understand how AI platforms retrieve, summarize, and attribute content, and continuously improve how GridRay shows up in those results.
- Identify high -impact query spaces and build content systems to win them at scale.
- Design repeatable content workflows that allow the team to ship high -quality content consistently.
- Ensure content is structured for model interpretation — schema, metadata, internal linking, and clear information hierarchy
- Build and own end -to -end funnel tracking — from first content touchpoint to platform sign -up. Set up full visibility across search, social, referral, and AI -driven traffic. Use that data to drive every content and optimization decision.

Selection Process
Round 1 — Apply with three things:
Your work — share a live URL. A page you optimized, content you created, a channel you manage. We'll look at it.
Your sources — what communities, newsletters, or channels do you follow to stay current on AI and SEO? Be specific.
Last experiment — one tool or method you tested recently and what you found.
Round 2 — Live task
A real brief. AI tools available. No right answer — we're evaluating how you think, how you work, and how sharp your output is.
