Affiliate Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do 

• Own and scale Emergent’s affiliate marketing program end-to-end.
  


• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, publishers, and strategic partner networks.
  


• Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and promotional opportunities to maximize
  ROI.
  


• Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance across clicks, conversions, and
  payouts.
  


• Analyze performance data to recommend growth strategies and improve CAC, LTV, and
  ROI.
  


• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
  


• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align affiliate activities with overall
  growth goals.
  


• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative tactics to drive word-of-mouth and
  revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For 

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnerships.
  


• Proven track record of managing affiliate networks and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
  


• Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, campaign dashboards, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
  


• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.


•  Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  


• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth startup environments is a plus.
