As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end affiliate acquisition and management lifecycle in a high-growth online gaming and digital wagering environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships from scratch, driving measurable growth, and working closely with founders in a fast-paced startup ecosystem. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and scaling affiliate partnerships that directly contribute to user acquisition and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners through targeted outreach
• Own the complete affiliate lifecycle, from lead generation to activation and ongoing engagement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to maximize performance
• Drive lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and partnership channels
• Manage and optimize the affiliate sales pipeline to meet monthly acquisition and conversion targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with business and growth objectives
• Monitor affiliate performance, track ROI, and analyze key metrics to improve outcomes
• Prepare regular performance updates and insights to support data-driven decision-making
