Candidate must have experience as Agency Manager to lead agency performance. Responsibilities include identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.
Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors
Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors" performance.
He/She should be able to clearly communicate any performance concerns to management and make recommendations.
Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Agency Manager should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image of the agency's brand.
Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
