Key Responsibilities: |
à Responsible to achieve annual Agency sales objectives which
consists of recruitment, licensing, activation of financial advisors/IM,
maintain healthy persistent ratios of the business procured.
à Ensure the recruitment of the right quality people in
Agency team which consists of FAs/IMs and FLS. Is responsible to build, train
and develop people in the team so as to ensure continuity of growth and
business.
à Conduct periodic review of business performance and provide
feedback and inputs to the team members so as to ensure they achieve their
annual objectives.
Implement recruitment and sales activities in the geography through various
innovative means.
Ensure roll out of various initiatives and measure its effectiveness on regular
basis.
à Achieve operational excellence in implementation of Sales
process and ensure legal and compliance guidelines are adhered.
à Create an engaged workforce by developing a good team and
constantly enhance the skills, knowledge of the team so as to ensure a well -trained
talent pool is maintained.
Qualification and Experience : |
Knowledge |
· Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.

good people management and team building skills.
