Our client, a distinguished leader in the chemical and food processing industries, is looking for a dynamic **Agency Sales Manager** to join their team in Mumbai. This role offers the chance to build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve significant sales targets, and drive market expansion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (10-12 crores annually).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Develop new applications for machines and conduct trials.
- Participate in trade fairs and stay updated with regulatory requirements.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
- Minimum 13-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Engineering Products, specifically in the chemical, pharma, and food industries.
- Proven success in achieving significant sales targets.
- BE/BTech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Excellent track record of developing business and enhancing client relations.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ready to travel 10-12 days in a month
