Agent Developer

Responsibilities:

●       Design, develop, and implement AI agents using
state-of-the-art machine learning and natural language processing techniques.

●       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
integrate AI agents into various applications and platforms.

●       Conduct research to advance the capabilities of
AI agents, including improving their conversational abilities, decision-making
processes, and adaptability.

●       Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance,
scalability, and efficiency.

●       Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in
AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to enhance our products.

●       Experience With Vertex AI Platform, Along with
Conversational Agent, DialogFlow

●       Understanding of Prompt Engineering, Agentic
Framework, Google ADK, MCP, RAG

●       Debug and troubleshoot issues related to AI agent
performance and functionality.

●       Document development processes, code, and
research findings.

Requirements

Requirements:

●       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer
Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

●       Proven experience in developing AI agents or
similar applications

●       Proven experience in GCP Landscape and Vertex AI.

●       Strong programming skills in languages such as
Python or Java..

●       Experience with machine learning frameworks and
libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

●       Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)
techniques and tools.

●       Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other
AI methodologies.

●       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail.

●       Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
