Job Title: Agentic AI & n8n Automation Expert

We are seeking an Agentic AI & n8n Automation Expert to design, build, and optimize intelligent, autonomous workflows across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with automation platforms, API integrations, and creating complex, multi -stage automated systems that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced n8n workflows, including multi -step, conditional, and event -driven automations.
  

• Build LLM -based agent workflows using AI models and orchestration frameworks.
  

• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or Weaviate for RAG and retrieval systems.
  

• Integrate external systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom logic.
  

• Automate end -to -end operational processes to drive scalability and efficiency.
  

• Continuously improve and optimize existing automation pipelines.
  

• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands -on experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  

• At least 1 year of experience building AI/LLM -based automations.
  

• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and REST integrations.
  

• Experience with workflow orchestration, vector databases, and agent -based systems.
  

• Preferred: Working knowledge of Python scripting, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
