Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer to build, scale, and optimize autonomous multi-agent systems and intelligent workflow automation tools. You will spearhead the development of systems where LLMs act as autonomous reasoners, capable of planning, utilizing external APIs, executing complex multi-step workflows, and collaborating with other specialized agents. If you are passionate about the cutting edge of generative AI and want to build systems that think, reason, and act independently, this role is for you.

  Autonomous Agent Engineering: Design and implement intelligent agent loops leveraging chain-of-thought reasoning, reflection, and automated task execution.

  Orchestration Frameworks: Build robust multi-agent ecosystems and state graphs using modern frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration runtimes.

  
  


• 
  

  Tool & API Integration: Expose enterprise databases, internal systems, and external web APIs to AI agents with strict security boundaries, schema validation, and error handling.

  
  


• 
  

  Memory & Context Management: Implement sophisticated short-term and long-term agent memory management structures to retain contextual awareness across extensive execution timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Performance & Safety Guardrails: Instrument automated evaluation pipelines, token tracking, latency optimization, and safety guardrails to mitigate hallucinations and prevent rogue agent behaviors.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  

  Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming alongside deep familiarity with major LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral).

  
  


• 
  

  Agentic Ecosystems: Hands-on experience developing applications with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agentic architectures.

  
  


• 
  

  Data & Systems: Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate), relational databases, and containerization tools (Docker).

  
  


• 
  

  Engineering Rigor: Strong commitment to clean code, modular architecture, unit testing, and rigorous evaluation methodologies.
