As an Agentic AI Developer - Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data, Analytics & AI practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets
- Utilizing data manipulation and visualization skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Applying statistical modeling to solve complex business problems for clients
- Collaborating with team members to adapt to diverse client needs and project scopes
- Developing algorithmic solutions to enhance data analysis processes
- Engaging in analytic research to drive innovation and optimize client operations
- Implementing machine learning techniques to improve predictive analytics capabilities
- Utilizing Python programming for data analysis and automation tasks
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and inform strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.

- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Build or contribute to front-end interfaces for AI agent assets using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent).

- Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications
- Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights
- Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing
- Applying analytic research skills to support client projects
- Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
