As an Agentic AI Engineer - Senior Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that enhance client operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and supporting clients across various functions. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running services, confirming timely and effective execution
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee program performance and delivery risk
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to refine tools and services within managed services
- Analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support service delivery
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic decisions
- Interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations for process optimization
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
