We are looking for an experienced AI/.NET Engineer to build intelligent, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications by combining modern .NET technologies with advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing AI-powered solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and developing robust applications that solve complex business challenges.

As an AI/.NET Engineer, you will work closely with product managers, architects, data engineers, and cross-functional development teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications. You will be responsible for integrating LLM-based capabilities into enterprise systems, optimizing application performance, and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on next-generation AI technologies while contributing to innovative products in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the .NET ecosystem and modern software engineering practices.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance application intelligence and user experience.
• Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and AI-driven workflows that support business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design robust, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
• Implement intelligent automation, natural language processing, and AI-assisted functionalities within enterprise solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across distributed environments.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and AI model-related issues in development and production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, .NET advancements, and enterprise application development trends.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, backend development, and API design.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production-grade applications while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Good knowledge of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and distributed system architecture.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI solution architecture, or modern AI frameworks is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional engineering teams.
