We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in AI and software development to join our dynamic team. As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions. Your expertise will contribute to our company's growth and help us stay at the forefront of AI technology.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative AI applications and models using generative AI techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and optimize AI algorithms and models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of AI systems.
Integrate AI solutions into existing software architectures and ensure seamless functionality.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
Document and maintain technical documentation for AI projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and collaboration.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in AI application development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for AI development.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their applications.
Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI-specific domains is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design efficient AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Self-driven and motivated, with a passion for staying updated with AI trends and advancements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
