About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Agilysys systems, particularly with configuration tools like IGCM and IG12. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Agilysys environments and a strong understanding of configuration management within these systems. This role will involve supporting configuration changes and potentially participating in system upgrade or migration initiatives.


 


Key Responsibilities:


·         Manage configuration changes using IGCM and IG12 within Agilysys environments.


·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to implement and validate system changes.


·         Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues efficiently.


·         Ensure best practices are followed during system modifications and upgrades.


·         Maintain documentation and change logs for audit and traceability.


 


Required skills and qualification:


·         Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience working with Agilysys systems.


·         Strong working knowledge of IGCM and IG12 tools.


·         Familiarity with configuration management processes in a production environment.


·         Experience in migrating from Agilysys version 4.5.3 to IG12, preferable but not a must


·         Exposure to hospitality or point-of-sale systems supported by Agilysys.


·         Ability to work in client-facing or cross-functional project teams.


·         Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.  


·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills


·         Proven ability to work effectively with cross-border teams (U.S. and India)


·         Strong team player with a commitment to mentoring and developing others


·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (required)
