Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Reviewer with a strong background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types
of commercial and technology-related agreements. The ideal candidate will have
a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and practical experience in
handling diverse contractual frameworks, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks,
and safeguarding organizational interests.

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of
contracts, including:

• Commercial
  Contracts
  
• Technology
  Contracts
  
• Service
  Agreements
  
• Master
  Service Agreements (MSA)
  
• Statements
  of Work (SOW)
  
• Other
  forms of contractual documents as required
  

• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws,
  regulations, and company policies.
  
• Identify and mitigate potential legal and business
  risks in contractual terms.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal,
  Procurement, Finance, Operations) to align contract terms with business
  objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of contract versions,
  approvals, and execution status.
  
• Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual
  obligations, liabilities, and dispute resolution.
  
• Support continuous improvement of contract
  templates and processes.
