Job Purpose | Someone who has B2C/B2B digital experiences across web & mobile. The incumbent will be responsible to work in a continuous improvement model with tech, product, design, analytics & business teams and build intuitive, memorable & scalable experiences. He/she should be willing to focus on self, team and the design chapter with core focus on the deliverables of your squad/team. | |
Responsibilities | 1. Understand product specifications and user psychology by asking the right questions, looking at primary and secondary research 2. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback 3. Create personas through user research and data 4. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success 5. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs 6. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability, human experience led, transformative design) 7. Work with UI designers to implement memorable, high attention to detail & high craftsmanship in designs 8.
