AGM/ DGM Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
  
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the PEB, industrial, warehousing, logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
  
• Generate leads through consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, and direct clients.
  
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
  
• Participate in techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  
• Tendering & Proposal Management
  
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and commercial teams for preparation of competitive proposals.
  
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
  
• Lead bid strategy discussions and ensure timely submission of proposals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  
• Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Construction, Infrastructure Projects.
  
• Proven track record of securing large industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  
• Strong understanding of PEB/ Structural design concepts, costing, tendering, and project execution processes.
  
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
