Job Description - AGM HR & Administration


The job holder would be responsible for:



  • Complete Plant HR, Employee Relations and Administration activities including Security and Contract Workforce Management
  • Local Liaison
  • Statutory Compliance and other jobs as assigned from time to time

Required Candidate profile



  • Post Graduate in Personnel / HR Management with minimum 15 years experience in managing Plant HR/ER and Administration activities.
  • People and Process Orientated
  • Should be good at Learning & Development
  • Should be able to implement new systems and processes wherever required
  • Should be strong in statutory compliance
  • Fluency in Telugu (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Should be able to manage Public Relations effectively
