Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
● Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract potential buyers.
● Conduct regular sales meetings and provide detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.
● Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market and customer preferences.
● Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
