• Identifying and onboarding new vendor partners that align with the organization's standards and
requirements.
• Building and nurturing relationships with existing vendor partners to ensure ongoing and long -term
collaboration.
• Negotiating terms, pricing and contracts with vendor partners to secure favorable arrangements for both
parties.
• Monitoring the quality of products and services provided by the vendor partners to ensure they meet or
exceed expectations.
• Serving as the main point of contact between the organization and vendor partners.
• Analyze performance metrics such as sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of
vendor partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring that vendor partners adhere to relevant regulations, food safety standards, contractual
obligations and regularly conduct inspections.
• Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise between the organization and catering partners in a timely
and effective manner.
• Developing and implementing strategies to expand the organization's vendor partner network and enhance
overall experience.
• Preparedness though incident management, back -up vendor identification and alignment.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, allocation and deployment
of the right vendors as per the requirement.
• Create structured plans to close the operational, culinary, production plan & vendor partner manpower
management gaps.
• Preparation of P&L statements for Vendor Partners.
Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters in any discipline.
• 6 -8 years of proven experience in F&B vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
• The ability to travel for work.
• The ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent Business Acumen.
• Strong negotiation, management and decision -making skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
