Job Purpose

To drive high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT infrastructure , IAM supporting business-critical services, while ensuring strong governance, audit compliance, and operational excellence.

Align infrastructure with business needs, lead audits, manage security platforms, and drive automation, lifecycle management, and SLA-based service delivery.

Driving identity, security, and infrastructure governance to ensure compliant, efficient, and business-aligned IT operations.

Key Achievements (IAM , Infra , Google Workspace & Security Focus)

Identity & Access Governance (IAM / UAR / 1Kosmos)

• Strengthened identity governance by implementing structured User Access Review (UAR) processes across critical systems


• Ensured least privilege access and reduced risk of unauthorized access


• Supported governance using tools like 1Kosmos, Oracle OIG, and Rapid (UAR platform)


• Improved compliance posture and audit readiness for identity lifecycle management

Google Workspace Administration & Security

• Managed and secured Google Workspace environment ensuring user lifecycle, access control, and policy enforcement


• Identified and controlled risks such as:


• Dormant IDs


• Unauthorized email forwarding


• Device compliance gaps


• Automated reporting (GAM scripts) for audit, compliance, and KPI tracking
