We are seeking an experienced Agronomist with strong expertise in greenhouse and protected cultivation to support solution-driven sales and customer success. This role focuses on advising growers on best agronomic practices, demonstrating the return on investment of protected cultivation systems, and driving adoption of greenhouse technologies.

You will work closely with farmers, internal sales teams, and leadership to design crop-specific solutions, deliver hands-on technical guidance, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings practical greenhouse experience, strong crop knowledge, and the ability to translate agronomy into measurable outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end agronomy advisory for greenhouse-grown crops, including crop planning, fertigation, pest and disease management, and climate control strategies
• Conduct regular field visits, crop audits, and on-site assessments to identify issues and recommend practical, actionable solutions
• Design customized, agronomy-led solution packages tailored to customer requirements, crop type, and local climatic conditions
• Lead farmer demonstrations, workshops, and training programs focused on greenhouse operations and best practices
• Support customers by showcasing yield improvement, quality enhancement, and ROI benefits from protected cultivation systems
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align agronomic solutions with customer and business objectives
• Collect and analyze market insights related to customer needs, competitor offerings, and adoption trends in protected cultivation
• Prepare reports on agronomic performance, customer outcomes, and sales enablement insights
• Build long-term relationships with growers by acting as a trusted technical advisor

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse or protected cultivation farming
• Strong technical knowledge of polyhouses, net houses, climate control systems, fertigation, and protected horticulture crops
• Educational background in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agronomy (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)
• Proven ability to design crop-specific cultivation packages with clear ROI justification
• Excellent advisory, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a practical, field-oriented approach
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities to work effectively with farmers and internal stakeholders
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
