We are seeking an execution-focused AI Analyst to work at the intersection of business strategy, systems thinking, and responsible AI deployment. This role is centered on helping enterprises move beyond AI experimentation toward production-ready, outcome-driven implementations. You will evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for AI integration, and support the design of agentic and LLM-powered systems that create measurable business value. The position requires translating ambiguous business challenges into structured AI solutions, implementing guardrails for safe deployment, and validating systems for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing business workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Design and support deployment of agentic and large language model (LLM)-based systems.
• Translate complex business problems into clearly defined AI use cases, constraints, and success metrics.
• Develop guardrails to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable AI implementation.
• Validate AI systems for accuracy, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Support API design and system integrations for seamless AI workflow embedding.
• Utilize Python and related tools to prototype, test, and refine AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify inefficiencies in existing AI or automation frameworks.
• Enable client teams through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term adoption and trust.
• Contribute to the development of structured frameworks for enterprise AI governance and operationalization.
