AI & React Engineer | AI Development and Front-End Innovation

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled AI & React Engineer to lead innovative projects that combine advanced artificial intelligence solutions with modern front-end development. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications with a focus on React-based user interfaces. The successful candidate will guide technical teams, implement emerging technologies, and ensure the delivery of scalable, user-centric solutions that align with business goals and industry standards.

Software Requirements
 

Required Software Skills:

• Extensive experience in AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation tools

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React (latest LTS or current versions preferred)

• Experience with React frameworks such as Redux, React Hooks, and Context API

• Knowledge of Python, Java, or R for AI model development

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI and React applications

• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and development tools like VS Code or WebStorm

• Experience with REST APIs and integration

Preferred Software Skills:

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes

• Knowledge of serverless architectures and API management tools

• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI-driven solutions integrated with React-based front-end applications

• Mentor and guide team members on AI best practices, React development, and project delivery

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance application performance and user experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Ensure seamless integration of AI models with front-end interfaces

• Oversee deployment pipelines, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements

• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and security

• Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to continuous innovation

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years in AI and front-end development using React

• Proven experience leading projects that integrate AI with web interfaces

• Track record of developing scalable AI models and dynamic React applications

• Experience mentoring technical teams and managing project life cycles

• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise solutions highly desirable

• Alternative pathways: Extensive portfolio of successful AI-enabled React projects or relevant certifications

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design and develop AI models and integrate them into React applications

• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to deliver user-centric solutions

• Implement and optimize deployment pipelines, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues

• Stay current with emerging AI tools, React updates, and industry best practices

• Conduct research and prototyping to explore new features and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Certifications such as TensorFlow, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or React certifications preferred

• Continuous learning to stay updated on AI innovations and front-end technologies
