Role Overview:
We are looking for an innovative AI Architect who will lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Model (LLM)-driven solutions across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bridge research and production by defining AI strategy, architecture, and scalable model pipelines that transform business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end AI systems leveraging LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  

• Define AI/ML solution architecture involving data ingestion, model training, orchestration, and deployment across Azure / AWS / GCP.
  

• Work on prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning of open-source and proprietary LLMs.
  

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and Software Developers to operationalize AI solutions in production environments.
  

• Design and implement AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel.
  

• Ensure responsible AI principles focusing on security, compliance, governance, and ethical AI usage.
  

• Define AI observability and governance frameworks to monitor model drift, bias, performance, and reliability.
  

• Evaluate emerging GenAI tools, multimodal AI technologies, and Agentic AI capabilities for enterprise adoption.
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI teams through architecture reviews and best practices.
  

• Drive scalable deployment strategies for enterprise AI applications including copilots, chatbots, document intelligence, and AI assistants.
  

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 4+ years in AI/ML/GenAI architecture.
  

• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  

• Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures including GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  

• Proven expertise in LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus).
  

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
  

• Strong knowledge of MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, model deployment, and AI infrastructure.
  

• Experience with Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms.
  

• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  

• Experience integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise applications.
  

• Strong communication, architecture, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
  

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / related field
